Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.
Product Defects
1. All parcel will be packed in poslaju flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postman leave.
a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
c. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.
2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,
a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
b. We will do compensate within two (2) working days.
3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,
a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.

Delivery Policy
1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Sunday to Thursday daily. No shipment on every Friday, Saturday or Terengganu state or national public holidays).
Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.
Except for the promotion activities specified in the official online store, the general shipping costs are handled as follows:
Net shopping of MYR70 or above, excluding promotional items, that is, free shipping in downtown East Malaysia
If the net shopping amount is less than MYR70, East Malaysia will charge MYR5 for shipping fee in the downtown area
Net shopping of MYR120 or above, excluding promotional items, that is, free shipping outside East Malaysia cities
If the net purchase amount is less than MYR120, MYR10 will be charged for shipping outside the East Malaysia city
Net shopping of MYR140 or above, excluding promotional items, that is, free shipping in western East Malaysia
If the net purchase amount is less than MYR140, MYR15 will be charged for shipping in the western part of East Malaysia
